Foundation processing personal data

Sharing personal data with third parties
Tecona only shares your personal data with third parties when deemed necessary for the services and concerning the abovementioned purposes. This includes involving a third party, for instance, an IT supplier, as a supervisory third party on behalf of and commissioned by Tecona. This also applies to submitting your personal data regarding (legal) proceedings or correspondence with the other party.
